Our role is to act as a professional, pivotal connection between the general partner of the fund and its limited partners. We review the documents of the limited partners when they join, perform NAV calculations and issue certificates to the limited partners. We review the calculations of success fees, management fees, withdrawals of proceeds by the limited partners, and more.
